y dark farie costume halloween?

ok, i would like to be a dark/evil fairy for Halloween , any links please? i want one with a tutu/ similar to tutu + not a long dress. Also i want my hair to be bluey black, Or just black/just blue any hair dye you can recommend (even home made) that will wash out in a couple of washes
