Body aches, chillls, fatigue, swollen lymph nodes NO FEVER?

I am eight mos pregnant and have been suffering for the past few days with these symptoms. My throat is slightly sore and I have some drainage, but no sinus pressure. I am having flu like symptoms with no fever. This has been going on since Tuesday. I have no idea what is wrong or how to fix it. Does anyone else?
