How can I get rid of my cellulite on my thighs and ?

Okay so I been working out for over a year. I drink about 3 liters of water a day. My workout regime is mostly getting on the bike for 40 minutes, doing 50 crunches, doing about 150 lunges on each leg, 150 squats (I do repetitions though). And some arm and shoulder exercises. I go and get mages in my problem areas which are behind my thighs, , and on my right leg is the worst area. It has the worst cellulite I have ever seen. I use creams, mages, and body exfoliators and it doesn't seem to go away!!! My left leg has been going down due to the workouts. But the right leg has it on the lower hip area...and it hasn't gone away or even has reduced appearance. What can I do to get to go away or be reduced at least?
