Is this a sign of a problem?......?

Last night for an appetizer I ate half a box of triscuits. Then I ate a bowl of lukewarm creamed corn (too lazy to heat it a second time, the bowl was hot the corn was not), chased it down with a mouthful of Yukon Jack (liquor), took a shower only using shampoo(to lazy to go get a fresh bar of soap after I climbed into the shower) and went to bed at 8:30 or so.
