Can I increase RAM by using a USB flash drive memory stick?

I'm trying to play TR underworld with a 1 GB RAM on 32 bit vista. The game required 2GB RAM. So, could I use a memory stick to download and play the game on?? By memory stick I mean one of those things you buy in a supermarket and can plug into the back and save to it.
