What is the name of the moive where the dead comeback to life with in the first 3 days after they die?

In the movie there are two main guys one is really skinny and one is really fat, and they talk about out side of the down the world just drops off and is gone and they work at a grave yard and the dead people come back to life with the first three days after they die and then the mayers daughter dies and the fat guy falls in live with the daughters head and wants to marrie it and the dad says no and when the mayor says no the head bits the mayor and then turns the mayor into the liveing dead and then they die and then at the end of the movie they leave the tone and then they get in a accident and then they reaize that there really is no where out side of the town and the fat guy talks for the first time and then they go back to the town and live their lifes???? help
