Whats Wrong With My Toys R Us Pre-order?

I pre-ordered WWE Smackdown Vs Raw 2011 on the Toys R Us website a few weeks ago. Now when I go to track my order it says I haven't ordered anything. It hasn't arrived yet(The game releases tomorrow). Could it have anything to do with me unsubscribing to their newsletter? I wouldn't think they wouldn't let me track my order just because of that. It that's the case that's total BS. I'm really confused.
