A question regarding who created God?

God always was, I know this defies the logic of everything having a Creator but if time means nothing and Jesus said before Abraham was , I am. Jesus is the same , yesterday and forever. He was slain from the foundations of the Earth. This indicates that there may not exist time as we understand it.
