Motherboard question????????

I wouldn't use 8 GB of memory if I was running XP. XP won't address anything beyond 4 GB (or was it 2 GB?) of memory, it would get wasted. I recommend buying components like motherboard, memory and processors from trusted retailers and not at trade shows or from Ebay. I've bought these items from cheaper sources and when they don't work it's money down the drain, and they tend to fail often.
