I'm scared I have an STD, can you help me out?

So for some reason I've always been a little bit paranoid about STD's. My boyfriend and I usually use condoms, but afterward I usually feel itchy because I think I might be allergic to latex. The other day I noticed small white bumps around the base of his but they don't look like the warts that I've seen, they almost look like hair follicles, but because of my almost irrational fear of STDs I got really freaked out. We were really drunk the other night and had without a condom, and now I'm more scared than ever. I know I should probably go get tested but are the bumps normal or should I be freaked out??
