Did he or didn't he? Did John Mark Karr kill JonBenet Ramsey?

Will his wife find the picture to prove/disprove he was not in Boulder Colorado at Christmas in 1996 when she was murdered? Or is he doing this just to make a name for himself and get in the history books?
